Conferral Ceremony: H.E. Vladimir Puchkov
On Wednesday 22 November, The Geneva School of Diplomacy & International Relations (GSD) has hosted the Conferral Ceremony for a Doctor of International Relations,
honoris causa, to honour H.E. Vladimir Andreyevich Puchkov, Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Natural Disasters.
The Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations has decided to honour H.E. Vladimir Andreyevich Puchkov with a Doctor of International Relations (DIR) degree,
honoris causa, for his superior, sterling contribution to civil defence; for his humanitarian work over many years, contributing greatly to Disaster Relief, Population Protection, and Emergency Planning; for his well-recognized knowledge in military and civil domains; for his research and development experience, and for his consistent application of these key qualifications to vital humanitarian goals.
