I&C Lecture – H.E. Mrs. Meirav EILON SHAHAR
GSD was privileged to welcome H.E. Mrs Meirav Eilon SHAHAR for I&C session on October 13, as the first woman guest speaker, but above all as a diplomat with an impressive background.
As the permanent representative of Israel to the UN office, Mrs Meirav introduced Israel’s position in the United Nations and the changing Middle East to our students. The exchange of views and explanations gave our students the opportunity to acknowledge the power of multilateralism and deepen their understanding of International Relations, International Law, and International Economics.
