GSD DIR Honoris Causa to the Crown of Romania

The COVID-19 pandemic has definitely filled the world with uncertainty for the past three years, preventing us from having a graduation ceremony and sharing that exceptional moment with our loved ones. In 2020, GSD awarded the prestigious Doctor of International Relations (honoris causa) to Her Majesty Queen Margareta and His Royal Highness Prince Radu of Romania for their lauded service towards the welfare of people of Romania, and their scrupulous commitment to humanitarianism, international peace, and justice. Even though, GSD could not award the degrees in person due to the pandemic situation in 2020, during an exceptional trip by Dr Colum Murphy and Dr Rakesh Krishnan to the Royal Castle Peleș-Romania in the Autumn Semester 2021, the Geneva School of Diplomacy and IR conferred the Title of DIR Honoris Causa to Her Majesty Queen Margareta and His Royal Highness Prince Radu of Romania. link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5c-McXdbOQ
