Mr. Arber Reci

Mr. Arber Reci has extensive experience in leadership in academia as well as in government. He has held senior positions at higher education institutions and also worked in the public sector as a political advisor to the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo. With 30 years of experience in higher education, Mr. Reci holds a degree in economics with advanced studies in management, specifically focusing on managing higher education institutions. He has taught in several European institutions and managed numerous EU-funded projects promoting youth mobility, cultural exchange, and capacity building for educational institutions. Mr. Reci has a successful track record of guiding institutions through accreditation processes, securing prestigious distinctions from renowned national and international accreditation agencies, including members of ENQA, EQAR, CHEA, and the Swiss Accreditation Council. Additionally, he serves as an evaluator for several accreditation agencies for institutional and program accreditation at associate, undergraduate, and graduate levels. In this capacity, he has evaluated multiple institutions across Europe. Furthermore, Mr. Reci has held various leadership positions in international university associations, national vocational educational committees, as well as international accreditation organizations across Europe, the US, and Asia.
