Retired Ambassador, Professor at Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations
Dr. Abdelnasser is a seasoned diplomat and academic with extensive experience in international relations, Middle Eastern affairs, and global diplomacy. He served as Egypt’s Ambassador to Japan and Permanent Representative to the UN and WTO in Geneva. His career includes leadership roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and as Director of key diplomatic institutes. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from The Graduate Institute, Geneva, and has authored numerous publications on diplomacy, international economic cooperation, and cultural dialogue.
