Dr. Emel Zerrouk

Dr Emel Zerrouk is a specialist in global environmental Studies, with specific focuses pertaining to water and land issues. Having worked around public and private institutions on matters such as sustainable health care, energy conservation, and climate change adaptation, Dr Zerrouk also brings with her practical knowledge on the application of sustainable development goals. A seasoned researcher, Dr Zerrouk approaches her subjects using rights-based and geopolitical approaches. As an educator Dr Zerrouk encourages engagement in the classroom and a sense of ownership of one’s studies.
