Phoenix TV has published Martin Chungong’s address at the Geneva School of Diplomacy’s 2026 Graduation Ceremony on its official FengShows platform.
During the ceremony, GSD conferred upon Mr Chungong, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the degree of Doctor of International Relations, honoris causa, in recognition of his distinguished contribution to parliamentary diplomacy, multilateralism and international cooperation.
In his address, Mr Chungong reflected on four decades of public service and highlighted the continued importance of dialogue, cooperation and diplomacy in responding to today’s global challenges.
