Biography
Mr. Martin Chungong is the Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), the global organisation of national parliaments dedicated to promoting democracy, peace, cooperation, and parliamentary dialogue.
Throughout his international career, he has played a leading role in strengthening parliamentary diplomacy, multilateral cooperation, democratic governance, and international institutional engagement. His work has contributed to advancing dialogue and collaboration between parliaments and international organisations worldwide.
