Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy at the Geneva School of Diplomacy is a non-degree awarding, pre-university immersion programme for students aged 16 to 18. Delivered in International Geneva, the programme offers a structured academic introduction to diplomacy, leadership, and global affairs through faculty-led workshops, simulations, and direct exposure to international institutions.
Programme Overview
The Leadership Academy places students within International Geneva, one of the world’s most significant hubs for diplomacy, humanitarian action, and global governance. The programme is designed to introduce participants to the practice of diplomacy while strengthening academic confidence, communication skills, and global awareness.
Through a combination of academic sessions, negotiation exercises, and experiential learning, students gain early exposure to international relations and leadership in a supportive, structured academic environment tailored to pre-university learners.

Admissions Requirements
The Leadership Academy is open to students aged 16 to 18 who are currently enrolled in secondary education or an equivalent programme.
Participants should have a good command of English to follow academic sessions, visits, and activities. Applications are assessed based on motivation, maturity, and readiness to engage in an English-language academic environment.
Tuition and Fees
- Application fee: CHF 150 (non-refundable)
- Tuition fee : CHF 3,950
Tuition fees include accommodation, meals, academic materials, and programme activities. Travel costs and personal expenses are not included.
Certification and Status
The Leadership Academy is a non-degree awarding programme. Participants who successfully complete the programme receive a Certificate of Completion.
