GSD Sports Day 2025

The Geneva School of Diplomacy brought its community together for the first edition of the GSD Games, a dynamic afternoon celebrating teamwork, leadership, and student life through sport and friendly competition.

On 7 November 2025, the Geneva School of Diplomacy hosted the first edition of the GSD Games, bringing students together for an energetic afternoon of sport, teamwork, and community-building in Geneva.

Held at the Grand-Saconnex Sports Centre, the event gave students the opportunity to step outside the classroom and engage in friendly competition through football and Capture the Flag, reinforcing the collaborative and international spirit that defines life at GSD.

More than a sporting event, the GSD Games reflected the School’s commitment to fostering leadership, teamwork, resilience, and meaningful student engagement beyond academic study.

The afternoon offered students a chance to connect in a different environment, build camaraderie across programmes, and celebrate the strong sense of community that is an important part of the Geneva School of Diplomacy experience.

The first edition of the GSD Games marked a successful addition to student life at GSD, highlighting the value of shared experiences, healthy competition, and community spirit.
