Biography

Jennifer Clickner has worked for more than two decades in communication, beginning her career as a senior broadcaster with the BBC World Service affiliate in Geneva before transitioning into leadership communication training and executive coaching.

For the past ten years, she has specialised in leadership and strategic communication training, coaching hundreds of United Nations delegates, European Union and NATO representatives, ambassadors, diplomats, ministry of defence officials, and foreign policy advisers from more than forty countries.

Her professional experience also includes executive communication coaching for senior leaders and multinational private sector organisations, including Crédit Suisse, Roche, Procter & Gamble, and Novo Nordisk.

Jennifer Clickner currently trains in Leadership and Strategic Communication at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), including within programmes delivered through the GCSP–Center for Creative Leadership Alliance.

In addition to her work with diplomatic and executive audiences, she coaches diplomats for the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the European Union, serves on the faculty of the Geneva School of Diplomacy, and lectures in Business Communication at HEG (HES-SO).

Her work focuses on effective communication in international, diplomatic, leadership, and high-stakes institutional environments.
