Timothy Stuart

Timothy Stuart is a graduate of the Executive Master of International Relations programme at the Geneva School of Diplomacy. His professional background combines international policy, project management, diplomatic engagement, education, and strategic partnership development.

He worked at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) in Geneva as a Policy Officer, contributing to policy coordination, diplomatic engagement, project management, and initiatives linked to international mobility and global institutional cooperation. His work also included collaboration connected to United Nations frameworks and international regulatory environments.

Prior to this, he built a multidisciplinary international career spanning client relations, higher education, communications, and donor engagement across the United States, Switzerland, and China. His experience includes academic teaching roles at universities in China as well as client and stakeholder management within international business environments.

Alongside his studies at GSD, he also completed an MBA in International Organizations at the University of Geneva. His professional interests include diplomacy, international cooperation, strategic partnerships, communication, and global policy development.
