Biography

Karim Radwan is a program and transformation specialist with more than 15 years of international experience leading strategic change initiatives across the public and private sectors. 

His work focuses on program management, governance, operational transformation, and strategic delivery, with extensive experience managing complex portfolios, enterprise-wide initiatives, and organizational change programmes across multinational institutions and global organizations. 

Throughout his career, Karim Radwan has held leadership positions at Microsoft, Aldar, Impactus Consulting, the International Labour Organization (ILO), HSBC Private Bank, and Swiss Life Select. His experience spans strategic transformation, cloud ESG operations, governance frameworks, fundraising strategy, regulatory programmes, and operational optimization. 

Alongside his corporate and institutional work, he has contributed to professional training and leadership development as a certified project management instructor with the International Institute for Learning (IIL), delivering training in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and supporting organizational capability building. 

His professional interests include transformation strategy, governance, leadership development, operational efficiency, and the implementation of scalable delivery models within complex international environments.
