Dr. Gabriel Galice is a political scientist, economist, and peace researcher serving as President of the Geneva International Peace Research Institute (GIPRI).

His academic and policy work focuses on peace studies, disarmament, global governance, and the geopolitical dynamics of international security. He has long contributed to international discussions surrounding multilateralism, dialogue, and cooperative approaches to global conflict prevention and peacebuilding.

Dr. Galice’s research and publications address issues including nuclear disarmament, reform of international institutions, global security governance, and sustainable peace strategies in contemporary international relations.
