The Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations has partnerships with several high quality international institutions. These partnerships can include student-, faculty- and course exchange programmes. For more information about what partnership we have per institution, please see below.     Georgetown University Partnership

    GSD has a student exchange program with Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA. From the September 2017 intake GSD will welcome the first students from this prestigious university. GSD students from now on will be able to apply for the challenging and exclusive exchange program at Georgetown University.

    Established in 1789, Georgetown University is one of the world’s leading academic and research institutions, offering a unique educational experience that prepares the next generation of global citizens and diplomats to lead and make a difference in the world. This collaboration will be a great opportunity to further strengthen the link between the communities of students in International Relations and Diplomacy, from Geneva and Washington.     American University of Technology

    American University of Technology (AUT) was founded by Mrs. Ghada Hinain in 1998 in Fidar- Halat, Lebanon as a not for profit, private institution of higher education and obtained its presidential decree 2143 in January 2000. AUT has now three additional campuses in Tripoli, Tyre, and Akkar. The Tripoli off-campus program started operations in 2002. AUT offers 27 majors at an undergraduate level (Bachelor) and six graduate programs (masters) under three faculties: Business Administration, Applied Sciences and Arts and Humanities. With over 3000 alumni and about 1500 current students and 90 full-time and part-time instructors and 65 staff employees, AUT has been successful in giving each of its students personal attention, quality education, and international exposure that enhance considerably the career prospects of its graduates.

    he history of the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia dates from 1934. Today it is one of the largest and long established world known institutions educating career diplomats and other professional staff specializing in international relations, world economy, international law, and public administration with foreign language skills.

It is widely regarded as one of the best universities in South Korea.     UNISINOS University

    Unisinos University Brazil is a University with academic excellence and focused widely on internationalisation. Unisinos is a Brazilian private Jesuit University locaed in Southern Brazil (Sao Leopolde City) and founded in 1969. They have more than thirty thousand students in 91 undergraduate courses, 19 academic masters and 14 PhD programs.

    International Civil Defence Organisation (ICDO)

    The International Civil Defence Organisation (ICDO) is an intergovernmental organisation with the objective to contribute to the development by States of structures ensuring the protection and assistance of population and safeguarding property and the environment from natural or man-made disasters. The purpose of the agreement between GSD and ICDO is both academic and scientific cooperation. The agreement establishes combined training courses, student internships, delegation visits and the holding of certain ICDO events at GSD.
